Malam Lawal is a seasoned corporate finance, administration, and public policy professional with over 30 years of experience in both the public and private sectors. A Fellow and member of several professional institutes, he holds multiple academic and professional qualifications in Agriculture, Public Administration, Development Studies, and Education. He is the Principal Partner/CEO of SALNARAH GLOBAL SERVICES, specializing in human resource management, rural development, public policy, and value addition. A retired Federal Director of Administration and Human Resource Management, he is also a prolific writer and conference presenter.

Nasiru Yahaya Isa is a distinguished public health professional and administrator with over 30 years of service. A licensed Medical Laboratory Scientist, he holds multiple master's degrees and professional certifications in health, management, and development. He served as Permanent Secretary in the Sokoto State Civil Service and previously led key HIV/AIDS, tuberculosis, and leprosy programs. A Fellow of several professional bodies, he is also a respected trainer, public affairs commentator, and prolific writer, recognized for his leadership, public service, and commitment to health, governance, and national development.

Mr. Abubakar Mohammed Wele is a teacher, mentor, scientist, entomologist, and corporate administrator with over 30 years of distinguished public service. A results-driven project manager, he has successfully led numerous development initiatives and holds a Bachelor's degree in Zoology. He is a member of professional bodies and has completed extensive local and international training in leadership, project management, governance, and organizational development. A retired Federal Director, Mr. Wele is also a published writer, community mobilizer, and mentor, widely respected for his integrity, leadership, and commitment to national development.

Mr. Garba Aliyu Gayari is a seasoned public administrator, development expert, and agricultural value chain specialist with over 30 years of public sector experience. He holds degrees in Agriculture and International Affairs and Diplomacy and has led major World Bank-assisted agricultural development programs. He served as Head of the Zamfara Comprehensive Agricultural Development Agency (ZACAREP) and later rose to the rank of Permanent Secretary, overseeing key ministries. Renowned for his expertise in agricultural policy, rural development, governance, and institutional strengthening, he has made significant contributions to public sector reform and sustainable development.

Mr. Mamuda Rufai Imam is a finance, taxation, and human capital development expert with over 30 years of experience across academia, banking, and public service. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation and the Nigerian Institute of Management. A former Lecturer, Auditor, and Director-level Tax Controller at the Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS), he specializes in tax administration, financial management, audit, regulatory compliance, and organizational development. His extensive expertise enables him to deliver practical, compliant, and results-oriented solutions for public and private sector organizations.
